No conflicts of interest have been identified in accordance with the Louisiana Regional Physician Organization Policy and Procedure 1-A Full Disclosure and Identification & Resolution of Conflicts of Interest. Members of the LRPHO CME Committee have no financial relationships to disclose with ineligible companies whose primary business is producing, marketing, selling, re-selling, or distributing healthcare products used by or on patients.
LRPHO presents activities for educational purposes only and does not endorse any product or content of presentation. Participants are expected to utilize their own expertise and judgment while engaged in the practice of medicine. The content of presentations is provided solely by the presenter(s) who have been selected because of their recognized expertise.
Investigational Uses of Products
The LRPHO will disclose when an unlabeled use of a commercial product, or an investigational use not yet approved for any purpose, will be discussed during an educational activity.
